Say goodbye to sweaty underarms

Hyperhidrosis treatments provide a safe and minimally invasive approach to address excessive sweating, particularly in areas like the underarms.

Strategic injections into sweat gland-dense areas serves to temporarily block the signals from nerves that control sweat gland activity, reducing the overall production of swear in this area. Compared to other hyperhidrosis treatments, these injections are minimally-invasive yet highly effective and long-lasting.

What can you expect following your treatment?

Immediately after:

  • You might experience slight tenderness, redness, or pinpoint bleeding at the injection sites. This is normal and typically subsides within a few minutes or hours.
  • Minor bruising is possible, especially if you have sensitive skin. Bruising usually disappears within a few days.

Following days:

  • We recommend that you avoid strenuous exercise or heavy lifting for the first 24-48 hours to allow the injection sites to heal properly.
  • Some patients may experience mild underarm discomfort for a day or two after the treatment, which feels like a pulling or tightness sensation. Over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen can help if needed.

  • While some patients might experience a slight reduction in sweating within the first few days, it typically takes 3-7 days for the full effects to kick in.
